Due to the delicacy of the work, shipping is not advised. Pick up is possible in Rotterdam. If it is not possible to pick up the work, shipping is possible at own risk, and can be chosen at check out.

In The Netherlands shipping costs are €6,75 with a Track & Trace code.

International shipping (EU 1) to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain and Sweden will be €19,50.
To all other countries in the European Union (EU 2) shipping will cost €25,00.

For now Studio Poppies does not ship globally. If you have a special request, please contact me. 

Returns are only excepted when an email has been send to info.studiopoppies@gmail.com with the reason for the return. I will try to respond as soon as possible, with a go/or no go for the return. 

Refunds are only possible within 14 days from the original purchase. The item must be in original condition and includes the original packaging. 

Refunds do not include sale items. 

For refunds you can use your local packaging service, but it must include a trackable service. Studio Poppies is not responsible for any costs for returned items.
